Sue
Hall, founder of OverHall Fitness, is an ACE certified Personal
Trainer with additional certifications in BOSU Training and Power
Cycling.
Sue currently lives in Danville with her husband and three young
sons. She started her love of fitness at an early age running in
small road races with her parents. Those small runs at a young age
were the beginning of a long fitness journey. The journey started
small and then led to her first marathon through Team in Training.
That first marathon turned into 8 and a handful of triathlons, including
a Half Ironman. While running was great, Sue felt that she needed
to take her fitness to a different level. She started to supplement
her running with steady routine of weight and strength training.
This is where results really started to become apparent and she
felt the transformation of her body. Sue started to learn what it
took to acquire the long lean muscles that most women desire.
Like many of you, Sue is happiest when she looks and feels her best.
She decided to take this one step further. She not only wanted to
share with others how good it feels to reach your health and fitness
goals but wanted to be a part of their journey and help them get
there. Sue took her love of fitness and paired it with her love
of the outdoors to create her first class. That was the beginning
of OverHall Fitness. With her constant desire to learn new and innovative
moves you can be confident you will never be bored and will ALWAYS
be challenged. Each hour you spend with Sue will be one that is
exhilarating, challenging, and most of all, fun!
