There are many different ways to get your workout in with OverHall Fitness. We offer 7 classes every week with Small Group and Personal Training sessions available upon appointment.

Workouts are one-hour in length and occur in Danville at either Sycamore Valley Park (SVP), Hap Magee Park (HMP), or the Green Valley Pool (GVP). See below schedule for details.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
Each participant should come to class with a workout mat, a set of hand weights (5-10 pounds depending on your fitness level), and water. If you have questions about what weights to bring email Sue. She will help guide you.

-ONLY Classes held at Green Valley Pool are affected. Early morning classes will remain the same.

-The 9:00am Green Valley Classes will be replaced with the following schedule:

-Monday/Wednesday/Thursday from 7:30am - 8:30am at Green Valley Pool
