OverHall Fitness you are trained the way we believe you will like
to be trained. We provide the personal focus you want and deserve,
the intensity you need to see the results you want, and the constant
variety to make certain you are never bored with the same old workout
each week.
OverHall’s team oriented conditioning method is specifically
designed to encourage and support each person while providing the
pure enjoyment of feeling your body in motion.
At the beginning of your training at OverHall Fitness, we will assess
your current level of activity, discuss goals, and determine an
action plan to get you where you want to be. Each workout is new
and different to ensure that you are challenged each and every time
you come to work out with us.
In each workout we incorporate a constant variety of exercises that
include running and walking, agility and power drills, circuit training,
BOSU training, stair and step climbing, core work, medicine and
weighted Balls, and general cardiovascular work. You will WORK HARD
and HAVE FUN!
OverHall Fitness offers a variety of classes including Bootcamp
Style Workouts, Small Group Training, Personal One on One Training,
and Marathon and Run Training.
